RSU 54/MSAD 54 Adult and Community Education

This beginner bee keeping class will educate those interested in getting involved with BEES. Some of the discussion will be about assembling bee equipment, installing a nuc, controlling swarming, and dealing with varro mites. Other topics will be how and when to harvest honey, split hives and winterize the bees. *$50, the cost of book and donation to the local bee keeper?s association, given to the instructor on the first night of class.
