Beginner Pilates II

with Petra Prokopova


Come, try basic Pilates exercises, and see how this core-based movement will benefit your whole body. Each exercise increases strength and flexibility. Gentle muscle activation improves posture, decompresses and elongates the spine. All of these movements can be modified to each individual’s needs and/or goals.
