Introduction to Pilates

In this class we will start with pre-pilates exercises to get down to the basic movement principles, We will also work on the regular beginner repertoire offering as many modification options as needed for each person. This class will be geared mainly to people who are new to Pilates, people who have not been exercising for a while or are new to exercising.
Please bring a thick exercise/yoga mat for adequate cushioning of the spine and other possible tender spots.
